Postdoctoral trainees and scholars often slip through the cracks of institutional support systems. A lack of tailored supports, combined with intense professional pressures, has led to significant mental health challenges for the postdoc community. This webinar will provide insight into the challenges faced by postdoctoral scholars and offer strategies and resources that institutions can use to address them. Postdoctoral scholars, directors of postdoc offices, graduate deans and other administrators with oversight for postdoc offices, are encouraged to participate.
