The 8th National Postdoc Appreciation Week (NPAW) was held September 18 - 22, 2017, and during the week a total of 114 institutions in 37 states, Canada, the United Kingdom, Asia and Oceania, and Germany organized 389 events. Events ranged from symposiums and workshops to happy hours and scavenger hunts. Thanks to everyone who planned, hosted, and participated in appreciation events. Your efforts helped to recognize the significant contributions that postdoctoral scholars make to U.S. research enterprise. Below are photos from some of the institutions that held NPAW events.
