Refund Policy
Update: With the Trump administration executive orders still being legally decided, we are retaining our existing refund policy. In a case of severe hardship, please reach out to contact@nationalpostdoc.org.
In event of cancellation by November 14, 2025, a full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued. For cancellations from November 15, 2025, through February 20, 2026, a 50% refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued. No refunds will be made
for cancellations after February 20, 2026.
