The National Postdoctoral Association (NPA) selected poster session winners at the 2026 Annual Conference, held March 13 & 14 in San Francisco, California. The winners
were:

University of Louisville, "Mapping the Postdoctoral Experience at the University of Louisville: Survey Insights and Institutional Responses" by Easton Ford, Ph.D., & Idoia Isusi, Ph.D.;
The University of Texas at Austin, "Balancing Structured vs Unstructured Time to Address Postdoc Isolation" by Chelsea Webber, Ph.D., Shakeel Mohammed, Ph.D., & Lydia Okabe, Ph.D.; and,
Houston Methodist, "Launching Success: A Mission-Control Framework for Stronger Postdoc Association-Office Collaboration" by Dwanna Jones, MBA, & Delia Danila, Ph.D.
Poster session winners were selected based on poster content (relevance to NPA goals and dissemination of ideas/information with the potential to make a significant impact on the postdoc population) and communication.
