Title Sponsor
Highest possible level of recognition. Your organization name is officially added to the title of the conference– before, during and after the event. During the NPA Annual Conference, your institution will be recognized as making the Annual Conference
possible. In San Francisco and online, the conference sponsor will be referred to on slides, on the various websites, in social media, and in the opening session remarks as being the primary sponsor of the event. Recognition will take place before, during,
and after the event.
This package includes:
- Sponsorship of the Annual Conference;
- Five (5) 30-day job posts on the NPA Career Center;
- Four (4) complimentary registrations;
- Two (2) NPA SmartSkills sessions sponsorships;
- One (1) exhibit table in primary location;
- One (1) NPA Scholarship branding;
- One (1) dedicated e-alert to NPA membership;
- Postdoc of the Year Award branding;
- Speaking opportunity in conference opening session;
- Highlighted on all NPA social media before, during and after the conference;
- Recognition in conference materials;
- Recognition on rotating web banner;
- Title sponsor signage recognition;
- Featured branding in conference emails;
- Conference mobile app push notification;
- Recognition in the 2026 NPA Annual Report;
- Recognition in the opening session; and,
- Sponsor name listed on the Annual Conference Web page.
By completing this transaction, you agree to the following: IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this agreement as of this date. The memorandum of understanding (MOU) shall remain in effect until the completion of the 2026 Annual Conference. I have read and agree to the agreement, and sponsor will pay the total sponsorship fee. I am authorized to execute this agreement for the sponsor.
The NPA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and your sponsorship may be considered a tax-deductible contribution, according to the limits of the law. For example, the portion of your sponsorship attributed to an ad in the program book may not be tax-deductible,
depending on ad content.
