In this webinar, we will share examples of successful career and professional development programs designed for the postdoctoral training. We will also talk about how administrators can connect professional development to mentoring and coaching approaches. Examples of leveraging grant funded programs and creating programs through institutional networks will be discussed.

Finally, we will also talk about emerging models for career and professional development, including postdoctoral programs that train the next generation of postdoctoral and higher education administrators.
