The National Postdoctoral Association (NPA) submitted formal comments to the National Institutes of Health regarding proposed changes to the peer review of Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) fellowship applications. The NPA supported the work of a current NIH working group in this area to increase inclusivity and reduce bias by reconsidering the NRSA application peer review content and process.
