Why should you partner with the NPA?
The NPA’s Annual Conference is the largest international conference and networking event dedicated to the postdoctoral community. As a sponsor of our Annual Conference, we provide you with an invaluable opportunity to interact with postdocs, postdoc office administrators, government agencies, and industry representatives. Your organization will have the opportunity to discuss policy, enhance career development, and effect meaningful change in local and/or national postdoctoral communities. Sponsoring our event is a great opportunity to reach and interact with this community to build long-lasting, collaborative relationships.
Who should partner with the NPA?
Organizations who wish to engage with postdoctoral scholars, postdoctoral program administrators, graduate students considering postdoctoral research positions, faculty, and anyone with a vested interest in postdoctoral scholars.
This package includes:
- Sponsorship of one (1) networking break;
- Sponsorship of one (1) workshop session;
- One (1) half-page ad in the program book;
- One (1) complimentary conference registration;
- Standard exhibit table; and
- Mobile event app ad
Half-page ads should be 7.5” wide x 5” high. Ads can be submitted as JPEG, GIF or PDF. All program book ads are black and white, so please note that ads submitted in color will be converted.
By completing this transaction, you agree to the following: IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this agreement as of this date. The memorandum of understanding (MOU) shall remain in effect until the completion of the 2020 Annual Conference. I have read and agree to the agreement, and sponsor will pay the total sponsorship fee. I am authorized to execute this agreement for the sponsor.
The NPA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and your sponsorship may be considered a tax-deductible contribution, according to the limits of the law. For example, the portion of your sponsorship attributed to an ad in the program book may not be tax-deductible, depending on ad content.
