<p>The National Postdoctoral Association (NPA) selected poster session winners at the <a href="https://www.nationalpostdoc.org/mpage/2026ac" target="_blank">2026 Annual Conference</a>, held March 13 &amp; 14 in San Francisco, California. The winners
    were:</p>
<p><strong>St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital</strong>, "Building Career Pathways: Professional Development Initiatives for Postdocs at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital" by Saikat Nandy, Ph.D.;</p>
<p><strong>University of Colorado Denver</strong>, "Advocating for Change: Enhancing the Postdoc Experience Through Policy Reform" by Anne Gresch, Ph.D.;</p>
<p><strong>University of Louisville</strong>, "Mapping the Postdoctoral Experience at the University of Louisville: Survey Insights and Institutional Responses" by Easton Ford, Ph.D., &amp; Idoia Isusi, Ph.D.;</p>
<p><strong>The University of Texas at Austin</strong>, "Balancing Structured vs Unstructured Time to Address Postdoc Isolation" by Chelsea Webber, Ph.D., Shakeel Mohammed, Ph.D., &amp; Lydia Okabe, Ph.D.; and,</p>
<p><strong>Houston Methodist</strong>, "Launching Success: A Mission-Control Framework for Stronger Postdoc Association-Office Collaboration" by Dwanna Jones, MBA, &amp; Delia Danila, Ph.D.</p>

<p>Poster session winners were selected based on poster content (relevance to NPA goals and dissemination of ideas/information with the potential to make a significant impact on the postdoc population) and communication.</p>]]></description>

Pursuant to that goal, and to assure a safe and an enjoyable experience for everyone, we require attendees, participants, and guests to act in a respectful and professional manner during all NPA events. Specific guidelines are discussed in detail within the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.nationalpostdoc.org/resource/resmgr/docs/npa_code_of_conduct.pdf">NPA Code of Conduct</a>.</p>]]></description>
