The NPA’s Postdoc Council wants to hear from postdocs and other early career researchers at an exclusive gathering designed specifically for the postdoctoral community with a focus on catalyzing connections and groups. We want to help facilitate connections and communities between institutions to help share the load of organizing or advocating for better postdoctoral environments. We are organizing a 90-minute town hall during National Postdoc Appreciation Week to go through various topics relevant to postdocs whether as individuals or within postdoc associations to help connect early career researchers to other institutions that have similar goals or experiences. We want to help build connections regionally while also having breakout rooms talking about various topics for institutions to be able to share resources across. We hope to see you there!
