The PhD Career Ladder Program (PCLP) is a peer-led career mentoring program for postdocs pursuing any career pathway, inside or outside academia. Learn in this info session how to use this framework to go “up the ladder” of career exploration and how to easily adapt it to you and your institution. Whether you are an individual postdoc, a postdoc association board member or a postdoc office administrator, join us and ask us what PCLP can do for postdocs and how you can bring it to your institution!
