The NPA's Annual Meeting was a superb opportunity to meet other postdoctoral scholars who are engaged not only in the activities of the NPA, but also carrying out cutting edge academic research. At the Annual Meeting, postdoctoral association leaders, policy makers, and postdoctoral scholars had an opportunity to discuss highly relevant issues such as "How to Create a PDO or PDA", "Organizing Career Fairs", and mostly importantly "Navigating Institutional Politics to Implement Change". The staff were always available to answer questions, making this meeting very productive!
