Governance
The NPA is dedicated to its mission of advancing the research enterprise and enhancing the postdoctoral experience. In order to meet its mission, the NPA follows a thorough governance structure and processes defined in the NPA Bylaws (The NPA retired the NPA Constitution on October 31, 2006 by vote of the NPA membership). It also has a Strategic Plan that is reviewed and updated annually to ensure that the mission continues to be advanced.
