June 15, 2012 On June 14, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Advisory Committee to the Director Diversity in Biomedical Research Workforce Working Group presented its report. The recommendations focused on data collection and evaluation, mentoring/career preparation and retention, institutional support, research and intervention testing, and NIH diversity strategy and infrastructure.
