The mission of the NPA is to advance the U.S. research enterprise by maximizing the effectiveness of the research community and enhancing the quality of the postdoctoral experience for all participants. To achieve our mission, we strongly rely on the involvement and service of our member and non-member volunteers. Our volunteers fill many roles as Board of Directors, Advisory Board appointees, Officers as well as lead and serve on our committees.
